I will need to write an article about it, but this way of learning is actually very efficient as you are learning the words in isolation but also in context.
And next day when you do exercises you will see in your next lessons interweaved the exercises that you answered yesterday via an automatic process of spaced recognition.

My parents are both Romanian (from Neamț) and I was born and raised in New Zealand. I spoke very basic conversational Romanian as a child but lost the language as I grew older. I'm 24 now and am at an A2 level according to the EU Academy placement test. I know the basics still, but I'm using this beginner course to make sure my foundation is super solid before I move on to the harder things. I really appreciate that there is a free resource that is easy to use. I want to be able to thank my aunt properly the next time she wishes me a happy birthday, and to have a conversation with her. Maybe I could also get to know my only cousin, who as far as I know doesn't speak English. Seriously, I can't properly express what it means to have a free and easily accessible resource. Thank you.

new Zeeland is a beautiful country, Romania is equally beautiful.
I am working on a method to find more videos with the right keywords and it is progressing well.
And actually my method of learning a word/phrase through multiple initial repetition is quite efficient. One can try to study just by looking at some pictures, but once you master the way it is written you will also know how to pronounce it better.
I'll keep the site for free, that's my committement for the last more than ten years that I've been doing this. Because my motivation is to help people like you, unlike the big corporations that just want to make money.
