It is possible to randomize the exercises. I have enabled it for your user account. You can enable it or disable it yourself , it is in your user profile.
I've just managed to reproduce the issue that you were referring to, with one test user.
I'll work on identifying the root cause and then to apply a fix. It might take me a few days, however rest assured that I will fix it.
I managed to understand what was happening.
The randomized question User field was working fine however it was expecting you to logoff and login so that the update to be enforced.
I have improved this functionality and now you do not need to logoff and login, you can just set it or unset it and it will work.
Thanks to you I am able to improve the functionality of this site.

Thank you so much for having set up this website. I am very poor at languages but somehow I am doing progress following these splendid lessons. I don't have any suggestions for improvement because in my opinion this is already excellent.

Under my profile in the settings I have the setting enabled and it hasn't changed anything. I tried removing it and enabling it again as well.
